Shaya Beton-e Golestan production and development Co was established as a cooperative company in 2014 in East Golestan province to support various industries in the province and across the country, especially in sectors such as road construction (highway and rail roads), urbanization and building construction, agricultural development, power distribution networks, as well as the promotion of sustainable employment and employment of specialist and job-seeking youth in less developed regions of the province.

production and deliverance of precast concrete products and parts, with access to sites equipped with standard and systematic production lines: standard electric pile approved by Ministry of Energy, pre-stressed concrete sleepers for railway lines, medium and large water pipes and sewage channels and other custom concrete parts, supply and deliverance of various types of standard ready concrete construction products, pre-fabricated construction products made of lightweight and Nano construction concrete, as well as contracting and conducting all the building and construction projects including concrete bridges, implementation and installation of pre-fabricated pipe channels, transportation and installation of power poles in urban and rural power grids, and other Related projects, mass construction of residential and commercial, administrative, educational, religious, sports, and settlement buildings, through the conventional methods and even by the precast concrete systems according to the latest technologies in the world, direct investment in projects and cooperation in the related projects – Commerce and international trade, exportation of manufactured products, importation and exportation of construction machinery and equipment as well as other related materials.
The use of nanotechnology in the production of precast concrete parts in order to retrofit and improve the products quality, manufacture and provide lighter and more solid forms of concrete, produce knowledge-based products according to the most recent findings of nanoscience in Iran and throughout the world are some examples of the activities carried out in this company.
